Hello and welcome to my blog!

My Name is Allan and I am a Certified Scrum Master working for an Internet start up company based in Glasgow.  My company have been using Scrum for over a year and I have been Scrum Master of a team of .Net and Flash Developers for most of this time.

I have created this blog to document any interesting articles, my personal thoughts or any findings that I make while researching agile development.

There are many interesting articles that I have come across during my research and it seemed logical to share these and keep them in a place where I can easily find them if I need look at them again.
